Foot & Ankle Fractures
Definitive follow-up for metatarsal, phalangeal, calcaneal, and ankle fractures. Imaging review, reduction assessment, immobilization management, and surgical planning when indicated.
Sprains & Soft Tissue Injuries
Persistent pain, instability, or failed initial management. Advanced imaging, structured rehabilitation protocols, and bracing.
Infections
Paronychia, cellulitis, abscess, and puncture wound infections requiring incision and drainage, culture-directed antibiotics, and wound management.
Diabetic Foot Emergencies
Ulcers, suspected deep infection, Charcot concern, and acute limb-threatening presentations requiring urgent podiatric assessment and intervention.
Lacerations & Crush Injuries

Grigoriy N. Patish, DPM, DABMSP — Triple board-certified with over 20 years of clinical and surgical experience. Specializing in minimally invasive surgery featuring smaller incisions, local anesthesia, same-day walking, and faster recovery.
Two locations: Fallbrook (Mon–Fri) and Temecula (every other Friday). Bilingual staff — English and Spanish. Same- or next-day appointments available.
